Privacy Policy

This website is operated for Jennifer Tumbrello, a licensed California insurance agent (License #4277259) with Steele Insurance Agency, Inc. This page explains, in plain language, what information this site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email, mailing and property addresses, date of birth, marital status, driver's license number, vehicle details, details about your property or business, and — for life insurance — tobacco use. Nothing is collected behind your back: if it isn't on the form or in your message, we don't have it.

What we use it for

One purpose: preparing and servicing your insurance quotes and policies. Your details are shared with insurance carriers and rating platforms only as needed to obtain quotes or place coverage you asked about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tools. The one first-party cookie it does use is described below.

To learn how people find this site, it sets one first-party cookie, jt_src, when you arrive from another website or from a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source or an ad click ID). It records where you came from (the other site’s name or the campaign tags), the page you landed on, and when, for your first and most recent visit. It is read only by this site, is never shared with advertisers, and expires after 90 days. If you send a quote or contact form, that note goes with it so Jennifer knows how you found her. A second cookie, jt_visit, lasts only until you close your browser and keeps a campaign visit from being counted twice. Fonts are served from this site, so no third party sees your visit.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to service your inquiry or policy and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements, then deleted.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to insurance record-keeping laws). To make any of these requests, email jennifer.tumbrello@siainc.net or call (949) 351-3986. We will respond within 45 days and will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

This site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored on access-controlled servers.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
