Life Insurance Quote
Term and permanent life coverage sized to the people who depend on you.
Before you start
Have these handy and the form goes quickly. Missing something? Send what you have; Jennifer will ask for the rest.
- Your date of birth, height and weight
- Tobacco or nicotine use
- The amount and term length you have in mind (a rough idea is fine)
- Major health conditions and current medications
- Any coverage you already have, including group life through work
Jennifer reads every request herself and follows up, usually within one business day.
Common questions
Will I need a medical exam?
It depends on the insurer, the amount, and your age and health. Some policies need a paramedical exam or lab work; others are issued from the application and database checks. Jennifer tells you up front which route fits.
Does asking for a quote commit me to anything?
No. A quote is free and you decide whether to apply. If you go ahead, the insurer underwrites the application before a policy is issued.
Term or permanent?
Term covers a set number of years at the lowest cost; permanent coverage lasts for life and builds cash value, at a higher price. The life insurance guide explains the trade-offs.
